Why are some of my items selling for below the minimum price I set?

Sometimes, what can happen is that buyers can put items in their carts at a price, lock in that price, and leave it in there for a few days before checking out. Since their price is locked in, sales can occur shortly after a new minimum is established, below the new minimum.
