In this screen shot of Ki Markdown for a Progressive Sale, you will not that you will have a Starting point for your % of a Markdown ( Discount Value), then there is the box Progressive Sale Step ( as noted on the picture) where you will input a number, ex.. "1" then you will note there is the Discount Maximum Value to which you want your dicount % to max out at.
