As a customer of existing Kioui-Apps, when you subscribe to one of our applications, you will receive an email from PayPal notifying you that you are pre-approved to use the application of your choice. This is to ensure that Paypal, through eBay Billing can collect your monthly or yearly invoice amount from your credit or debit card that you put on file when you sign up.
**NOTE**
This is for the applications using eBay billing in the ebay app center.
