Ki Magic - How often does Ki Magic reprice?

Ki magic reprices up to 3 times in a second, according to whatever rule is being followed for that particular item. If the algorithm says it doesn't need to be changed, it won't change. 

So it can go as fast as 3 time a second but in reality reprices as needed.
