What does the "Liquidate" option in Ki Magic do?

Liquidation is a very aggressive race to the bottom to try to liquidate as soon as possible.
It does not always goes to the lowest price but it goes as low as it needs and as fast as it needs to try to Liquidate as fast as possible.
